BOOKING TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

By booking a coaching session or purchasing a package through A Life for Christ, LLC, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and operational policies. Please read them carefully before finalizing your appointment.

1. Scope of Services & Non-Clinical Disclaimer

  • Spiritual Mentorship Only: A Life for Christ, LLC provides faith-based, Christ-centered life and addiction recovery accountability coaching.

  • Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment: Our services are strictly goal-oriented and educational. Coaching is not licensed mental health counseling, psychotherapy, medical detoxification, or psychiatric care.

  • No Diagnostics: We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medication for substance use disorders or mental health conditions.

  • Emergency Protocol: If you are experiencing an acute medical emergency, severe withdrawal symptoms, or suicidal ideation, you must call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or call the 988 Crisis Lifeline immediately. We reserve the right to refuse service and refer you to clinical care if a medical or psychological crisis arises.

2. Payment and Package Policies

  • Upfront Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your virtual session or activate your monthly package.

  • Subscription Renewal: For monthly retainer packages, payments will automatically recur every 30 days unless canceled in writing at least five (5) business days prior to your renewal date.

  • Refund Policy: All sales are final. Due to the dedicated nature of coaching schedules, refunds are not issued for unused sessions, partial months, or completed packages.

3. Cancellation, No-Show, and Rescheduling Policy

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: You may reschedule or cancel an individual session without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time using the link in your confirmation email.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to log into your virtual session within 15 minutes of the start time, will result in a forfeited session. You will be charged the full rate for that session, and it cannot be made up or refunded.

  • Emergency Exceptions: We understand that true emergencies happen. Exceptions to the 24-hour rule are made solely at the discretion of the coach.

4. Virtual Session Requirements

  • Privacy & Safety: Clients must join the virtual video session from a private, quiet room where they can speak openly without interruption. For safety and legal compliance, you must not join a video session while operating a motor vehicle. If you join while driving, the session will be terminated immediately and forfeited without a refund.

  • Geographic Verification: Because our practice complies with local state boundaries, you verify that you are a resident of or are physically located within our authorized virtual service area (State of Georgia) during the time of your coaching.

5. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Strict Discretion: Your personal story, booking data, and session discussions are kept strictly private and handled via secure, encrypted channels.

  • Limits to Confidentiality: As a professional practice, we are ethically bound to break confidentiality and contact emergency services or authorities if there is an explicit threat of imminent harm to yourself, harm to others, or suspicion of child/elder abuse.

Ownership of Materials: All digital resources, worksheets, reflection journals, PDFs, videos, audio clips, or Bible study guides provided to you during your coaching relationship remain the exclusive intellectual property of A Life for Christ LLC. Limited License for Personal Use: You are granted an individual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your own personal development and spiritual growth. Prohibited Sharing and Reselling: You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, resell, share with others, or use any of our materials for commercial purposes or in your own coaching/ministry business without explicit written permission from A Life for Christ LLC. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of services without a refund and may incur legal action. Right to Terminate: Either party may terminate this coaching relationship at any time upon written notice. If A Life for Christ LLC terminates the agreement prematurely without cause, a prorated refund for any remaining, unused prepaid sessions will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe
